How tracking works today
When an active shipment is ready for tracking, Delta provides a secure direct tracking link to the broker or approved shipment contact. That contact may share the link with the appropriate customer.
Public self-service tracking on deltacarriergroup.com is not currently available. Delta is still developing that website experience. If an approved contact needs the current secure link again, dispatch can resend it directly.
